Exotic Elephant Shipping and Return Policy.

We always want you to be happy with your purchase. But, if you are unsatisfied, it's easy to get a replacement or store credit.

Please see our return and exchange policies below for full details. Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with the original packaging and receipt.

You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order.

Shipping charges are often not refundable. Please remember we can't accept returns without prior authorization.

Shipping and Orders

Placing an order for products means that you are offering to purchase that product on and subject to the following terms and conditions of sale.​

Exotic Elephant LLC retains the right to refuse any orders. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Product shipment may vary according to availability and is subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which Exotic Elephant LLC will not be responsible.
